Warranty Policy

 

We at Zunair Techno Information are authorized to handle the warranty issues under the given limited authority from product distributors / manufacturers. We provide warranty replacement once the warranty claim is approved by distributors/ manufacturers. Although we try our best to give the warranty replacement at the earliest but this period may vary from 10 to 20 working days and under certain circumstances This may be extended to 30 days. It is essential to understand certain rules relating to warranty issue. Some are summarized below: Warranty means replacement with new/refurbished product or repair the same which ever is applicable, if the product is at end of life, it will be offered to exchange with the nearest new model available at reasonable cost. The Warranty terms and conditions mentioned by manufacturers Will also be considered on all warranty claims. The same may be viewed at the manufacturer's websites. Few Links given for your reference. Warranty claims will only be entertained in case of manufacturing faults. Any fault developed due to man handling, broken parts, electricity surges spikes, burnt elements on the warranty items, torn or tampered with, Zunair Techno Information reserves the right to refuse such warranty claims. The original proof of purchases must require presenting at the time of warranty claim. Similarly the repair order (Issued at the time of receiving of warranty claim) is also essential to receive the replacement.

Warranty claim will not be entertained in case of software or Virus related defects/issues. The Customer must read & accept the warranty terms at the time of purchase. Despite of our best efforts, please note that due to forced major and any change in governing laws pertaining to import/export may result in change of warranty terms and conditions.
